Shipping Policy

Please be advised that the official business days in the Sock Sensei from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, holidays and public holiday its holidays for all employees of Sock Sensei and shipping companies

Our first mission is to offer you the best online shopping experience, so we have made it easier for you to make your shipment easier because your convenience is our priority

Sock Sensei mainly delivers your orders through the help from a third parties to ensure the timely shipping of your order.

We allow you to choose the most convenient time for your delivery, on any day, on another day according to your geographical area, or during any week or even month.

You can subscribe to get your orders delivered for the selected products on a regular basis (daily, weekly or monthly).

In the case of urgent orders, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to help you.

We will ask for your signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods. We will deliver the order to the registered address and we consider the signature of anyone at the address as a receipt of the order.

If there is no one at the registered address to receive your order, we will ask you to contact our customer service to agree another delivery time. The company is not able to attempt delivery more than twice. The company is not responsible for any order exceeding 00 days of the first delivery attempt.

The delivery charge is AED 30 per order to main cities and AED 50 for remote areas. .

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We process and ship all our orders 6 days a week, with the exception of Fridays and UAE Public Holidays.

Important Delivery Information:

A signature is required upon receipt of the shipment.

We insure all packages in transit from our store to the delivery address against theft and incidental damage. Once the package has been signed for it is no longer insured by Sock Sensei.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and resignation from the date of dispatch. Sock Sensei is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Sock Sensei reserves the right to add extra charges to the shipping delivery if your location is in a remote area.

If you want to cancel or refund your order, please head our Contact page and follow the steps to lodge a request.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.
